  1. Open to United Kingdom and Channel Islands residents, aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Laurent-Perrier or any other company or persons directly connected with the administration of the Promotion.
  2. Closing date for entries into this Promotion: 23:59 BST (British Summer Time) on 30th September 2018.
  3. No purchase is necessary, however internet access and a valid Instagram or Twitter account are required.
  4. To Enter Prize Draws: Take your picture with Rosie the Cuvée Rosé van and share your photo by logging on to your Instagram or Twitter account via your mobile phone, PC or Tablet. Share your photo with us on Twitter via @ChampagneLPUK or Instagram via @LaurentPerrierUK using #LoveLPRosie for your chance to win.
  5. Rosie the Cuvée Rosé van can be found during this Promotion at: The Game Fair at Ragley Hall, Countryfile Live at Blenheim Palace, Chatsworth Country Fair at Chatsworth House and the Royal County of Berkshire Show at Newbury Showground. Locations of Rosie the Cuvée Rosé van are subject to change.
  6. Only one entry per person is allowed. No entrant may win more than one prize.
  7. Entries to this Promotion must be the original work of the author and not previously published. Entries which are or in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion appear to be plagiarised will be disqualified. Participants represent and warrant that:

    a. they have obtained all rights, licences, and permissions necessary, in writing, from any person who may have helped create and/or be featured in their entry; and

    b. that their entry to the Promotion (including any text and photographs):

    i. does not contain or feature any personal information about any person (including their name, contact details, a photograph of them and/or any other identifying information) without permission (proof of which must be provided to the Promoter upon request);

    ii. does not contain any content that is defamatory, libellous, racist, homophobic, derogatory, pornographic, obscene, sexist, illegal, and/or otherwise inappropriate; iii. does not include trade marks, logos, or copyright protected material which belongs to third parties without permission (including company names, music, photographs, works of art, or images published on or in websites, television, movies, or other media);

    iv. is not subject to any third party agreements and the Promoter will not be required to pay any sums to any third party as a result of the Promoter’s use (as set out in these Terms and Conditions) or the exploitation by the Promoter of the idea, image or other rights contained in any entry.

  8. The Promoter reserves the right to remove or temporarily suspend from this Promotion any entries submitted if, in its reasonable opinion, it suspects any breach of these Terms and Conditions or if it receives any complaint from a third party relating to such entry.
  9. Prizes.
    There are 5 prizes in this Promotion. Each prize consists of 2 x Laurent-Perrier deckchairs, 1 x Laurent-Perrier ice bucket and 1 x case of Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé (6 x 75cl).
  10. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.
  11. You agree that the Promoter may, but is not required to, make your entry available on its website and any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the Promotion. You agree to grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable license, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the Promotion entry, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-license the entry and any accompanying materials for such purposes for free for the period of 12 months after the closing date of this Promotion.
  12. Proof of age must be provided to the Promoter upon request. Failure to provide proof of age will result in disqualification from this Promotion.
  13. All entries must be made personally by the entrant. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, entries submitted by or via third parties or syndicates, entries submitted by macros or other automated means, and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If the Promoter has grounds to suspect any entrant or third party of cheating, deception or fraudulent conduct of any kind (including, without limitation, an attempt to manipulate or tamper with the operation of the Promotion, manipulating the Promotion or any entry) the Promoter reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to disqualify any entrant, if it reasonably believes to be associated with such activity.
  14. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes for an alternative of equal or greater value.
  15. Winners Selection.
    Winners will be selected independently in random Prize Draws from all valid entries received and will be conducted by MAC Research Ltd within 7 working days after the end of the promotional period for each Prize Draw. There are 3 Prize Draws in this Promotion. All eligible entries will be submitted into the following Prize Draws:

    Prize Draw 1: Open to all eligible entries submitted by 23.59 BST on 31st July 2018. There will be 1 winner selected in this Prize Draw.

    Prize Draw 2: Open to all eligible entries submitted between 00.01am on 1st August 2018 and 23.59 BST on 31st August 2018. There will be 2 winners selected in this Prize Draw.

    Prize Draw 3: Open to all eligible entries submitted between 00.01am on 1st September 2018 and 23.59 BST on 30th September 2018. There will be 2 winners selected in this Prize Draw.

  16. Winners Notification: There will be 5 winners in total in this Promotion. Winners will be notified via a private message on Instagram or Twitter and later by email or telephone within 7 working days after the end of each draw. Winners must respond within 10 days of the initial notification or risk disqualification, where the prize will be awarded to an alternate entry selected at the time of the draw.
  17. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
  18. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not in any circumstances be responsible for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, costs, expenses or claims suffered by entrants as a result of entering Prize Draws or accepting any prize. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to you or any other person relating to or resulting from participation in connection with the Promotion, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter or its agents or employees.
  19. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
  20. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.

  22. Winners may be required to participate in reasonable publicity relating to this Promotion. You agree that the Promoter may use your name and image to announce winners in this Promotion.
  23. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram and Twitter. You understand that you are providing your information to the Promoter and not to Instagram and Twitter, and that Instagram and Twitter have no liability for any element of this Promotion.
  24. The Promoter’s decision in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  25. By participating in this Promotion all entrants are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  26. This Promotion will be governed by laws of England and the jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
